Third generation leadership of FreiLacke expands with new management board member.
FreiLacke, German suppler of coatings for industrial applications, has recently announced changes in its management.
- Hans-Peter Frei will step down as managing director, member of the executive board, and head of technical disciplines at FreiLacke.
- Rainer Frei will be responsible for the business as sole managing director.
- Stefan Kienzler, who has been responsible for the production areas in the company since 2018, has been appointed to the management board as head of the technology division and has been granted power of attorney in this context. So, the management board will consist of three members: Rainer Frei, Roland Bäurer and Stefan Kienzler.
