Kolzer Srl joins forces with U.S. industry experts, establishing a new American base and a shared global vision.
Kolzer Srl, a long-established European manufacturer of vacuum coating systems using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology, has officially become part of Kolzer International, a new industrial group created in collaboration with a team of U.S. experts in advanced manufacturing and surface technologies.
The merger marks a strategic industrial and commercial milestone for Kolzer. The company now operates within an international organisation with hubs in Milan (Italy) and Minneapolis (USA), combining European engineering excellence with a direct presence in the North-American market.
“Kolzer International is not just a new name, it is a technology and business platform built to serve key markets with precision, while staying true to our technical DNA,” has stated Davide D’Esposito, CEO of Kolzer Srl.
The new U.S. facility, Kolzer International Company (KIC), will provide high-end machine manufacturing, laboratory coating services, and local after-sales support. KIC will focus particularly on decorative and design-oriented applications, working closely with American clients and partners.
Moreover, Kolzer International intends to expand into the Asian market, aiming to scale global manufacturing capabilities and meet the demands of a fast-evolving industry. Depending on project requirements and logistics, systems may be manufactured in either Europe or the United States.
