Lechler supplied four special liveries for the Aurum bicycles used by the Polti Kometa ProTeam at the Giro d'Italia.
The paints and coatings manufacturer Lechler, through extensive research into pigments, development of new products, analysis of cycles and testing of application methods, has developed aesthetic and durable paints that combine technical performance and striking colours for the Aurum bicycles used by Team Polti Kometa at the Giro d'Italia.
Technically speaking, the coating weight impacts 55-58 grams, with 50-52 grams allocated for the frame and 5-6 grams for the fork. In fact, the new clear coating 96261 has thus improved the resistance and durability performance of Lechler's carbon cycles, which are already being used and tested in the most demanding sporting sectors.

The four colours supplied by Lechler, which ensure the visibility of the bicycles, enhance the clean and harmonious lines of Aurum and interact with the cyclists' uniforms, are as follows:
- Pure Black Sky Effect: a mix of mystery and space where the sparkle of blue constellations is lost in the iconic and classic Aurum black;
- Medium Grey Sky Effect: an intermediate colour, necessary between white and black to recall the elegance of the bicycle line, enhancing it in the less linear parts;
- Accent Green Starglass Effect: represents the liveliness, balance and hope that accompany every challenge. The combination with the corporate colours, high visibility and harmonisation with nature make it simply incomparable;
- Accent Red Starglass Gold effect: strength, adrenalin and competitive fury are the embodiment of this. An unquenchable fire that will sustain the rider in the coldest and most difficult moments. The colour perfectly matches the racing outfit, appearing almost like an extension of the body.
