Date: 16/06/2026

ALUMINIUM 2026 will be open from 6 to 8 October 2026.

Registration has officially opened for ALUMINIUM 2026, the premier global trade fair for the aluminium sector. Scheduled to take place from 6 to 8 October 2026 at Messe Düsseldorf, the three-day event will serve as a critical hub for international decision-makers seeking cutting-edge suppliers and innovative solutions to drive the industry forward.

This year’s exhibition is set to host more than 800 exhibitors and partners, drawing an estimated audience of over 20,000 trade visitors from 100-plus countries. The event will encompass the entire aluminium value chain, ranging from raw materials and semi-finished products to advanced machinery, software, and toll services, with a overarching focus on sustainability.

For coatings and finishing specialists, the central hub of the event will be the dedicated Surface Pavilion in Hall 3. This specialised area will showcase a comprehensive suite of surface treatment and finishing solutions, including anodising, coating, and chemical treatments. These technologies cater to a vast array of downstream industries, including automotive, architecture, industrial finishing, and consumer household goods.

The Surface Pavilion is one of five curated thematic zones at the event, alongside dedicated areas for Foundry, Primary, Magnesium, and Sustainability.

The 2026 edition boasts its most comprehensive itinerary to date. The flagship ALUMINIUM Conference will tackle the core challenges and opportunities defining the next decade of industrial transformation. Concurrently, the newly introduced Sustainability & Recycling Conference will delve into the circular economy and low-carbon production methods. Industry excellence will also be celebrated through two distinct accolades: the debut of the ALUMINIUM Innovation Awards and the return of the Women with Metal Awards.
