Nordson’s presence at The Battery Show Europe 2025 underscores its commitment to advancing battery production through innovative dispensing, sealing, and measurement technologies.

will be exhibiting at The Battery Show Europe 2025, taking place from 3rd
to 5th June at Messe Stuttgart (Germany), where it will be located at booth 10-D40. The three-day event is recognised as Europe's largest advanced battery and electric vehicle (EV) technology exhibition, bringing together key players from across the EV supply chain.
The Battery Show Europe offers attendees the opportunity to explore the latest innovations, attend technical seminars, and gain valuable insights into industry challenges and solutions. At the event, Industrial Coating Solutions (ICS) will feature its Pro-Meter® S PLC, a high-speed sealant dispensing solution, paired with the Rhino® XD3 Bulk Unloader
and durable ScoreGuard® coating. Also on display will be the Micro-Meter® D2K, a dual-servo, two-component dispensing system using positive displacement technology to deliver precise, consistent application.
In response to the growing global demand for electric vehicles, manufacturers are seeking more advanced and efficient battery production methods. Addressing this, Nordson Product Assembly will introduce a new generation of bonding and sealing technologies, developed specifically for cell-to-pack (CTP) battery configurations and energy storage systems.
Additionally, Nordson Measurement & Control Solutions (M&CS) will present its Photon™ Measurement System, offering the high precision and process transparency essential for lithium-ion battery manufacturing. The division will also spotlight its thickness measurement technologies for rolling mill applications, designed to improve production efficiency by maintaining tight tolerances and ensuring exceptional uniformity.
