Nouryon’s achievements reflect its ongoing investment in safety innovation, employee well-being, and community partnerships across the state of Texas (USA).

Nouryon has received eleven top honours from the Texas Chemical Council (TCC) and the Texas Chemistry Alliance (TCA), recognising its exceptional performance in safety, community engagement, environmental responsibility, and industry leadership throughout 2024.

  • Sustained Excellence in Caring for Texas Award – Pasadena
    Awarded to facilities that have maintained award-winning community and environmental stewardship for three consecutive years.
  • Zero Incident Award – Fort Worth, Pasadena
    Celebrates facilities that reported zero OSHA-recordable injuries or illnesses among employees and contractors in 2024.
  • Occupational Safety Distinguished Service Award – Fort Worth, Pasadena
    Acknowledges participation in key safety committees and a marked reduction in injury and illness rates over the past three years.
  • Sam Mannan Award for Zero Process Safety Incidents – Fort Worth, La Porte
    Named in honour of process safety expert Dr. Sam Mannan, this award recognizes sites with zero Tier 1 or Tier 2 process safety incidents.
  • Texas A&M Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center Award for Distinguished Process Safety Initiative – Fort Worth
    Recognizes a single facility per category for demonstrating exemplary process safety performance and zero incidents, based on submitted essays.
