Safic-Alcan, a leading distributor of speciality chemicals, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Anders, a prominent regional distributor and a market leader in South America.
Anders distributes speciality chemicals for several industrial sectors, including coatings, adhesives, and water treatment.
