The Top Employers Institute rated AkzoNobel as European Top Employer following the latest benchmark review.
AkzoNobel was rated Top Employer in a total of eight countries, with five repeat certifications (Brazil, China, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States) and three new titles (France, Germany and Sweden).
With five certified European countries, AkzoNobel has been awarded the title of European Top Employer.
The Top Employers Institute compares companies around the world with best practices in human resources. This year, the company scored positively in the areas of business strategy, leadership and values.
The five repeated certifications also maintain a solid track record, marking the third consecutive year for AkzoNobel in the Netherlands and the US, sixth for Brazil, ninth for China and tenth for the UK.
