By joining ANFIA, ALIT gains visibility, influence, and direct access to a powerful automotive network, enabling it to anticipate industry changes, engage with customers, and strengthen its role in driving quality, safety, and sustainability.
The Italian industrial chemical paint stripping supplier ALIT Technologies has officially become a member of ANFIA, the Italian Association of the Automotive Industry Supply Chain.
“We chose to join ANFIA for one clear reason: to connect with those who, like us, work every day to improve industrial processes. The automotive supply chain is one of the most demanding sectors in terms of quality, safety, and sustainability. These are precisely the three areas where our products deliver their full potential: from paint strippers to stripping systems, from masking to surface conversion treatments. Being part of ANFIA allows us to contribute our experience within a structured, dynamic, and innovation-driven network, a space where data, expertise, and long-term vision are shared. But above all, it’s a concrete way to engage with those who use our solutions, understand emerging needs, and anticipate changes in the industry,” has stated ALIT Technologies.
Founded in Turin (Italy) in 1912, ANFIA has been representing the Italian automotive sector for over 110 years. Its mission is to support companies’ competitiveness, facilitate growth in international markets, and strengthen integration in mobility systems.
The association achieves this through:
- Relations with national and international institutions, protecting the interests of the automotive supply chain and contributing to the regulatory decision-making process.
- Networking, technical-regulatory committees, sector studies, consultancy, and training.
- Focusing on key areas such as mobility, safety, environment, energy, research, and internationalisation.
Today, ANFIA counts more than 520 member companies, divided into three product-based groups:
- Components: manufacturers of vehicle parts and components.
- Car Design and Engineering: companies specialising in design, engineering, and styling.
- Motor Vehicles:
manufacturers of cars, trucks, trailers, camper vans, and special transport.
Within these groups, ANFIA also includes an Aftermarket Section, representing 80 companies active in spare parts, and a Motorsport Section, dedicated to trade fairs, statistical data sharing, and regulatory analysis.
ANFIA also provides valuable resources through its Studies and Statistics Area, including:
- Statistical portals: powered by Microsoft Power BI, offering real-time analysis of registrations, homologations, and fleet data.
- Automobile in Figures: ANFIA’s statistical yearbook, a comprehensive reference built on decades of data collection, covering both Italian and global automotive trends.
