Dürr está implementando un taller de pintura de bajas emisiones de CO2 con una integración transversal de los sistemas entre las distintas plantas

Dürr está realizando un taller de pintura sostenible para VW Autoeuropa en Portugal, que estará listo para mediados de 2027. El proyecto tiene como objetivo reducir las emisiones y los residuos a través de tres innovaciones principales. Un atomizador de alta eficiencia reduce el desperdicio de pintura y productos químicos, permitiendo pasar de acabados brillantes a mates con una sola herramienta. Un horno completamente eléctrico sustituye al tradicional calentamiento por gas con un sistema de secado inteligente y bajo demanda, reduciendo drásticamente las emisiones de carbono. Por último, una única plataforma de software unifica tres edificios de pintura separados en una sola interfaz, sustituyendo a un sistema obsoleto y complejo. Esta modernización ofrece a VW una línea de producción más limpia, económica y altamente eficiente, con vistas al lanzamiento de los nuevos modelos.
